The property would be mixed use
with retail on the ground floor, office
on the second floor, and residential on
the remainder of the floors. The
project would have underground parking
garages as well as three levels of
parking above grade level throughout.
The plan is to provide low to moderate
income housing on the lower levels of
some of the buildings, with higher valued condominiums on the top
floors of some other buildings.
It is the goal of this project to
attract specialty retailers that require
smaller spaces. Examples: high-end
jewelers, art galleries, boutique
clothing stores, upscale eyewear,
designer foot wear, cosmetic skin
clinics, hair salons, spas, small
department stores, cosmetic dentistry,
medical offices, attorneys,
CPA’s, insurance companies, investment
banking houses, small cafés, bistros,
bakeries, etc. The concept is to provide
an atmosphere & ambiance that would
attract these types of businesses.
The project would have a European
atmosphere, encourage
strolling through the stores, living
within the area, at a slower pace than
is provided in the large shopping center
style projects. The idea is that you
work, play, and shop without having to
take your car.
